Business Analyst - Capital Markets

We are seeking an reputed company Capital Markets Business Analyst to support initiatives across Data reputed company & Analytics reference data, market data, and trade lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have strong capital markets domain expertise, hands-on data analysis skills, and the ability to reputed company business requirements with technical delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Capital Markets & Trade Lifecycle: • Analyze and document business processes across equities, fixed income, and derivatives products. • Support end-to-end trade lifecycle analysis and process optimization. Reference Data & Master Data Management (MDM): • Contribute to golden-reputed company reference data design and attribute hierarchies. • Support data modeling, data reputed company mapping, and corporate reputed company workflows. Data reputed company & Controls: • Define data reputed company rules including completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. • reputed company validation logic, exception handling processes, and reconciliation requirements. • Work closely with data engineering teams to implement robust control frameworks. Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or financial services. • Strong understanding of market data, reference data, and financial instruments. • Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis and profiling. • Strong experience with data reputed company and controls, defining DQ rules, validation logic, exception handling, and reconciliation requirements. • Capital markets & reputed company knowledge across equities, FI, derivatives; understanding identifiers (ISIN/CUSIP/FIGI), vendor feeds (reputed company/Refinitiv), and trade lifecycle reputed company identifiers (ISIN, CUSIP, FIGI) and vendor data feeds (reputed company, Refinitiv). • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical problem-solving skills. • Experience with reputed company/Refinitiv data preferred. • Familiarity with MDM tools and data governance concepts is a plus.
