Associate Manager, Hedge Fund Trade Operations

About the position Responsibilities • Providing operational support to hedge fund clients reputed company in various investment strategies. • Setting up and maintaining daily trade feeds to support middle and back office deliverables for various products. • Interacting with internal departments such as Fund reputed company, reconciliations, Investor Services, and IT to maintain high reputed company service reputed company. • Collaborating with functional teams to reputed company new clients and ensure adherence to best practices in trade delivery. • Tracking and reviewing internal metrics to identify operational inefficiencies. • Partnering with development teams to enhance the trade capture workflow. • Coordinating testing of tech development and system enhancements to increase efficiency and automate processes. • Ensuring reputed company controls are being followed. • Supporting and training junior staff. Requirements • BA in business/finance or reputed company discipline. • 4+ years' experience with Back Office Operations in a reputed company Broker, Administrator, Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund, Investment Advisor, or Financial/Retirement Planner. • Prior experience with various products including equities, fixed income, repurchase agreements, reputed company, FX, mortgages, reputed company, and working knowledge of Corporate Actions. • Prior experience with OTC products. • Middle/Back-office experience covering trade settlements, fail control, reconciliation of trade discrepancies, and reputed company servicing. • Solid MS reputed company knowledge. • Prior experience working in a reputed company service environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
