• Design and update job descriptions
• reputed company potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. reputed company media and reputed company platforms like reputed company, Naukri etc.)
• Craft reputed company emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (reputed company phone, video and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Advertise reputed company on companys careers page, reputed company media, job boards and internally.
Required Profile
• Candidate should be a Graduate or under grad in 2nd year +
• Candidate Should Be Inclined To Work In Recruitments
• Candidate Should Be Willing To Work 10 to 7
• Candidate Should Be Willing To Do Mass Recruitmets
• Candidate Should Have Descent Communication Skils
• Candidate Should Have Basic Computer Knowledge (reputed company and Word)
Working days 5.5
Shift 8 hours
