This individual will work alongside the ERP team to manage & configure the Finance module of their reputed company ERP system. Responsibilities: • reputed company daily configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the reputed company Finance module. • Deliver technical support to end users by resolving system-reputed company issues and ensuring a reputed company user experience. • Configure ERP modules to meet business needs and reputed company with established workflows. • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to customize ERP features and reputed company reputed company-party applications. • Partner with departments such as Finance, HR, and Inventory to analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through ERP solutions. • Propose and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and streamline business operations. • Conduct user training sessions and reputed company comprehensive manuals and guides for ERP usage. • Maintain detailed documentation of system updates, configurations, and procedures for reputed company reference. • Coordinate, test, and validate ERP upgrades to minimize operational disruption; assist in evaluating and selecting new ERP tools or solutions reputed company needed.
