Litigation Paralegal / Junior Attorney for Mestechkin Law Group P.C. - the U.S.-based a boutique reputed company (remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal / Junior Attorney with hands-on experience supporting U.S. (especially reputed company State) litigation. The ideal candidate has strong English proficiency, practical experience drafting court pleadings (complaints, motions, etc.), and the ability to reputed company litigation workflows with accuracy and independence. This role is essential for ensuring that filings, deadlines, and case documentation are handled reputed company and professionally. Key Responsibilities • Draft and assist with preparing litigation documents, including complaints, motions, and affidavits. • File pleadings through NYSCEF and manage court-reputed company documentation. • Maintain case calendars, reputed company deadlines, and ensure reputed company filings. • Conduct basic reputed company research and summarize findings for attorney review. • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and reputed company parties regarding case updates and required information. • Organize case files, discovery materials, and litigation correspondence.
