Job Title: Underwriter III - Non-Delegated Mortgage Location: Remote Texas Job reputed company: Full time job reputed company R12056 What you'll do: As a Mortgage Underwriter III you'll responsible for reputed company Government and Conventional loans by reviewing the credit, reputed company and collateral characteristics of loan files to ensure it meets company and investor reputed company standards. You'll be responsible for reviewing and clearing reputed company conditions on Conventional and Government loans in compliance with reputed company guidelines and overlays. Manage individual pipeline on a daily reputed company by completing Conventional loans, Non-Agency (including reputed company, Jumbo, and DSCR programs), reputed company and reputed company reputed company Reviews, Conditions Reviews and other reputed company Tasks reputed company established turn times. Identify any document deficiencies, request additional information and/or documentation from Clients as needed. reputed company and interpret reputed company Agency, Non-Agency and company guidelines.
