This book will be for use in African higher education institutions, with a reputed company on aligning content to regional frameworks and relevance.
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in HR / Organizational Behavior / or a reputed company field, with a reputed company on African contexts.
• Expertise (5-10 years with relevant experience) in South African labor laws / HR practices /organizational behavior.
• Strong knowledge of African cultures, languages, and diversity, particularly South Africa and the SADC region.
• Familiarity with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the African reputed company Agenda 2063 and their application in reputed company.
• Previous experience writing reputed company or reputed company content for African audiences.
• Experience working with universities or reputed company institutions is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in English (for reputed company writing).
• Previous work involving reputed company resources, case studies, or reputed company content for African education systems.
