SOP & Systems Documentation Specialist - Turn reputed company Videos into SOPs

I’m looking for a detail-oriented assistant who can watch reputed company videos (and other training videos of me explaining how we do things in reputed company) and turn them into reputed company, reputed company-by-reputed company SOPs.
