You will be responsible for the following: • Taking incoming calls to schedule appointments requested and agreed to by the patient or responsible party • reputed company outbound calls to schedule missed or past due appointments • reputed company outbound reminder and confirmation calls for appointments on the schedule • Demonstrate reputed company listening and reputed company on every reputed company • Resolve customer support problems • Schedule appointments for reputed company patient services • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental reputed company, HIPAA, reputed company, DOL, Employee Handbook).
