Director, Project Management – Paid Media

Job Description: • Oversee execution of integrated media campaigns across channels • Manage day-to-day workflow for multiple campaigns • Drive tactical activation and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets • Partner with Resource Management to confirm bandwidth for execution • Collaborate with internal and external agency partners to align on campaign scope • Assist in SOW, Change Order, and Project Tracking creation • Ensure all reporting is completed • Facilitate performance optimization reviews and ensure key items are actioned • Help streamline repeatable media workflows and processes Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in paid media project management and operations • Strong understanding of digital media channels and analytics • Familiarity with media trafficking and reporting tools such as Prisma, BionicAds, MediaOcean • Strong proficiency in project management tools like Kantata, Smartsheets, Workfront, Asana or equivalent • Experience in Kantata, Jira, and AccountabilityOne is a plus • Proficiency in media-specific project management processes • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across time zones • Experience in healthcare agency managing MLR/IRB submission and approval cycles • PMP, ScrumMaster or other professional training preferred • Familiarity with omnichannel orchestration projects via CRM platforms • Prior experience with data and identity resolution projects Benefits: • Monthly cell phone reimbursement • Flexible time off • 13 weeks paid Parental Leave • Sabbatical Program after 7 years of service • Continuous learning and development through proprietary talent program • Tuition reimbursement programs • In-house 1:1 coaching with access to talent assessments • Medical concierge service • Thorough onboarding including conversations with leadership • 401k with company match • 1:1 Financial Coaching and Education • Wellness benefits including medical, dental, vision, and meditation tools through Headspace Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
