Senior Appraisal Analyst – Greater Orlando Area

• Review property valuations to ensure compliance with Federal/State law and reputed company risk policy
• Use critical thinking and analytical skills to review collateral
• reputed company and maintain understanding of Mortgage Lending products and their collateral requirements
• Obtain required collateral documentation from internal clients, external clients, vendors, and reputed company-party sources
• reputed company detailed review of collateral documentation
• Identify and determine next steps for collateral issues
• Consistently communicate with other departments and sales
• Adhere to compliance regulations and controls
• reputed company and maintain reputed company working relationships with clients, business partners, and vendors
• Cultivate relationships with peers as a peer mentor
Requirements:
• Four years or more of mortgage or consumer loan reputed company experience
• Three years of reputed company collateral review experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates proficiency in basic computer applications such as reputed company Office
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
• FHA DE (CHUMS) / VA SAR/LAPP (preferred)
• Understanding of appraisal compliance (preferred)
• Experience with using appraisal and market evaluation tools (preferred)
• Demonstrates proficiency in mortgage automated processing systems (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of bank services and products (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and reputed company training (preferred)
