Who We’re Looking For
This role is designed for a rare hybrid profile: someone who has spent 20+ years on both sides of the table—
• Raising capital as a founding or senior executive at venture-backed startups.
• Deploying capital as a senior member of a venture capital firm, with investments across high-technology companies.
The ideal advisor has personally helped lead and close multiple $25M–$200M institutional funding rounds, maintains direct, partner-level relationships across Tier-1 Bay Area VC firms, and has a long history of investing in and scaling high-tech startups across multiple market cycles.
Key Responsibilities and Influence
This is not a ceremonial advisory title. This is a hands‑on, strategic leadership appointment with direct influence over:
• Long‑range financing planning through liquidity.
• Funding strategy and execution.
• Capital structure optimization.
• Strategic partnership development.

• Direct involvement in multiple $25M–$200M+ financings.
• Active access to top‑tier Bay Area VC decision-makers.
