Who are you? You are a talented Clinical Exercise Physiologist who will deliver care and support to our patients throughout our flagship virtual cardiac rehab program. In this role, you will • Evaluate prescriptions and treat cardiac rehab patients according to our clinical protocols. • Take pride in delivering high reputed company care for patients reputed company through our cardiac rehab program and our clinical studies. • Wear many hats: anything from designing patients’ exercise programming to responding to their technical issues. • Work directly with founders to reputed company and improve our cutting edge digital care delivery model. • reputed company support to our patients, empowering them to be accountable and take ownership of their rehabilitation. • Work collaboratively with our technology team to support a smooth experience for our patients and reputed company • Be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a great, engaging rehab experience for our patients. reputed company look for • Minimum 3+ years of relevant clinical experience and top performance working as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehab Facility. • Strong proficiency working with mobile technology - you will be helping guide patients through our digital health programs including troubleshooting their technology issues with wearables and tablets. • Great interpersonal skills that foster a caring environment for patients. • Diligence and organization with the ability to create and adhere to repeatable processes. • Ability to reputed company with little direction in a high-reputed company, early stage startup (ie self-driven). • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Master's Degree Preferred. • ACSM-CEP certification preferred.
