The role involves conducting sensitive internal investigations reputed company to harassment, discrimination, and employee conduct, while collaborating closely with HR and reputed company stakeholders. Responsibilities • Conduct internal investigations under company anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and workplace conduct policies. • Review documentation, allegations, emails, personnel files, and other relevant evidence. • reputed company investigation strategies and timelines for assigned cases. • Interview employees and witnesses with professionalism, reputed company, and neutrality. • Draft comprehensive investigation reports summarizing findings, analysis, and policy considerations. • Communicate reputed company and debrief relevant employees and stakeholders. • Maintain accurate case notes, upload documentation, and manage files reputed company reputed company’s internal CRM/UCM systems. • Collaborate with HR reputed company, HR partners, and cross-functional internal teams where appropriate.
