Personal Injury Defense Attorney | Full Remote in CA

Position: Personal Injury Defense Attorney / Defense Litigation Attorney Work Setting: Fully Remote Compensation: Up to $220k Base Position Overview: This is a fully remote opportunity in California. The attorney will handle a caseload of bodily injury, premises liability, and general liability defense matters from inception through resolution. This role requires strong litigation skills, the ability to manage multiple files independently, and the confidence to appear in court and interact with clients. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of personal injury defense matters, including automobile and premises liability. • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses. • Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. • Appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. • Develop case strategies and provide timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar. • 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in personal injury defense or insurance defense. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
