[Remote] Senior Front End Engineer

They are seeking a talented Senior Frontend Engineer to build and maintain frontend systems for web and internal applications, ensuring exceptional user experiences and robust, scalable code. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend systems for web and internal applications • Translate design mockups from Figma into pixel-perfect, responsive frontend code • Build reusable components and frontend libraries using modern frameworks and best practices • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers • Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends Skills • Strong proficiency with Next.js and modern React patterns • Expert knowledge of Tailwind CSS and utility-first CSS frameworks • Experience with shadcn/ui or similar component libraries • Proven ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready frontend code • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards • Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience in the financial services or fintech industry • Familiarity with state management libraries (Zustand, Redux, etc.) • Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) • Experience with design systems and component documentation (Storybook) • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Company Overview • Tidal Financial Group (Tidal) is a leading ETF investment and technology platform facilitating the creation, operation and growth of ETFs.
