Summer Analyst, Project Finance
About the position Responsibilities • Assist team members in pitching, generating, structuring, executing, and monitoring project finance transactions. • Review financial models for renewable energy projects and other project finance transactions • Review project documents, including Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Agreement, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Agreements • Review financing agreements • Review consultant reports • Draft internal transaction documents • Conduct research for independent project covering the project finance industry • Assist portfolio team in monitoring loans, which includes risk analysis, expansions, refinancings, and restructuring Requirements • Strong interest in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors • Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Spring 2027 graduation year only). • Have a good attitude and a willingness to learn quickly and think nimbly • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. • Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
