[Remote] Litigation Associate, Single-Plaintiff FEHA - Defense (Am100 - REMOTE)

Incendia Partners is a prominent California-based Am100 law firm seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its employment law team. This position focuses primarily on managing single-plaintiff FEHA cases and requires exceptional writing skills and experience in employment litigation. Responsibilities • Manage single-plaintiff FEHA cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs. • Conduct thorough legal research and produce high-quality written deliverables. • Represent the law firm’s clients primarily in state court, with some federal court involvement. • Address occasional wage and hour issues related to FEHA cases. • Communicate effectively with the law firm’s clients and opposing counsel to resolve disputes. • Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Skills • Active California Bar license required. • Experience in employment litigation, with a focus on FEHA cases. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong academic credentials. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with the law firm’s team. • Familiarity with federal employment laws is advantageous but not required.
