Remote Property Manager for Short-Term Rentals (reputed company / VRBO)

We are looking for a skilled Remote Property Manager to reputed company short-term rental operations across platforms such as reputed company, VRBO, and Booking.com. This role involves managing daily operations, optimizing pricing, maintaining calendars, communicating with guests, and ensuring smooth coordination of the entire hosting process. If you have hands-on experience managing short-term rentals and enjoy working independently with a high level of professionalism, we’d like to hear from you. Responsibilities Manage listings, calendars, reservations, and guest messaging reputed company daily operations for short-term rentals reputed company pricing and optimize occupancy Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor schedules Ensure high guest satisfaction and smooth operational workflows Monitor performance and suggest improvements Requirements We’re looking for individuals who: Have reputed company experience managing short-term rentals (reputed company, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.) Understand pricing strategies, calendar and booking management, guest communication, and operational workflows Have experience using tools such as reputed company, Smoobu, reputed company, or similar (preferred but not required) Are familiar with international short-term rental regulations and industry best practices Communicate professionally and demonstrate strong attention to detail Preferred Locations: Europe reputed company Central America South America (Candidates from other reputed company may also apply if they have relevant experience and overlap in working hours.)
