Sales Operations Analyst, Trauma and Extremities
Job Description:
• Provide operational support to sales management
• Plan and coordinate projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of sales force
• Oversee, design and develop incentive compensation plans
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculation, validation and payment of incentive compensation plan components
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of professional experience relevant to marketing or sales support
• Intermediate to advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, v-lookups)
• Power BI
