Who we are looking for We are seeking a Technical Product Manager – Platform to drive the platformization of our product suite and build scalable infrastructure services that empower all product teams. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product strategy — ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who can translate platform vision into modular, reusable components. You will • Lead the development of core platform services that enable scalability and reusability across multiple P2P product lines (API, SDK, Widget, Hub, etc.). • Collaborate closely with engineers to design and deliver modular infrastructure components such as an API gateway and common authentication and identity layers. • Own the chain and account abstraction layers, simplifying multi-chain operations and empowering internal teams to integrate new networks faster and more efficiently. • Partner with other Product Managers to ensure platform components support product growth, performance, and interoperability. • Define and track platform metrics focused on performance, developer experience, and internal adoption. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, bridging the gap between engineering and business needs. • Conduct research on emerging infrastructure trends (modularity, service orchestration, cross-chain scalability) and feed insights into the platform roadmap. • Champion platform reliability, security, and observability, ensuring high availability and consistent developer experience. You have • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in platform or infrastructure product teams. • Proven track record of building or managing core platform services, SDKs, or developer tools at scale. • Strong technical background — understanding API gateways, auth systems, distributed architectures, and event-driven systems. • Ability to collaborate deeply with engineers on architectural decisions. Background in software engineering or DevOps is a strong plus. • Demonstrated success in platformization or internal developer platform initiatives. • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, staking, and smart contract platforms (Ethereum experience preferred). • Familiarity with account and chain abstraction in different blockchain ecosystems. • Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. • Fluent in English. • At P2P.org we have a team of experts with their own unique approach and ownership culture.
