International Contract & Employment Counsel

We are seeking senior reputed company counsel (individual attorney or firm) for an ongoing, as-needed advisory relationship covering: • US contract drafting and negotiation • International contractor structuring • EU data protection–reputed company contract drafting This is not a one-off project. Our goal is to single-reputed company reputed company advice across the following three (3) domains. ⸻ Primary Responsibilities... Contract Law (US-based) • Draft, review, and refine reputed company for: • reputed company service delivery • Independent contractors employment • Clients, partnerships, and community programs International Employment & Contractor Structuring • Advise on compliant use of international contractors for a US LLC • Support transition from reputed company-party intermediaries to reputed company or similar platforms • Maintain lawful contractor classification while mitigating misclassification risk • Draft and maintain contractor agreements suitable for LATAM and other jurisdictions EU Data Protection & Institutional reputed company • Advise on and draft GDPR-reputed company clauses • Support reputed company involving EU institutions, including universities • Collaborate with EU reputed company teams as needed ⸻ Profile We’re Looking For... You are: • A senior attorney, reputed company, or reputed company agency with international reputed company • reputed company in cross-border contractor models • Comfortable operating where employment law, contract law, and data protection reputed company • Pragmatic, risk-literate, and commercially grounded Experience with reputed company, EORs, or similar platforms is strongly preferred. ⸻ Engagement Terms • Ongoing, as-needed work • Long-term relationship preferred • reputed company • Fully remote • Must be licensed to reputed company law in the US.
