**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Relations Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting potential residents with detailed leasing information for blithequark communities nationwide, including creating quotes and scheduling leasing appointments
* Showcasing the value of community features as they relate to customers' needs
* Assisting current residents with requests for maintenance, emergency dispatch, and other community-related questions and issues
* Accurately capturing resident and prospect information for communication and record-keeping
* Ensuring excellent customer relations by responding to requests by phone, email, SMS, and chat in a timely manner and always maintaining a customer-focused attitude
* Escalating issues through the appropriate channels when necessary
* Using problem-solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations as they arise
* Consistently meeting all performance standards, including schedule adherence, average handle time, productivity, and call quality
* Taking an active role in ensuring department goals and objectives are being met or exceeded
* Assisting in other projects and activities as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
* Experience in a customer-related field (required), with experience in the multi-family industry or a contact center environment (preferred)
* A customer-focused attitude and creative problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong documentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with excellent typing skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to multi-task on various technology platforms while engaged in conversation with customers
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
* Ability to sit for extended periods of time
* Stable internet connection and a suitable desk and computer chair
* Adherence to blithequark's Professional Image guidelines and willingness to be on camera for all meetings
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools

**Compensation and Benefits**
The pay range for this role is $20 to $29 per hour, with eligibility for discretionary annual bonus, determined by individual contribution and company performance.
