POSITION reputed company: The RPMI Data reputed company Reviewer will play a crucial role in daily remote patient monitoring and delivering high reputed company monthly reputed company reports for the RPMI service line. The DQR role is to monitor and document vitals collected through remote devices, receive vital information daily, view the reputed company in the RPMI portal, and document findings. Through set parameters the DQR will document on a reputed company’s vitals as normal or escalate to reputed company reputed company if findings are reputed company set parameters PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Initiates monthly reputed company reports on patients' health conditions based on the collected data, identifying medical changes or abnormalities for NP clinical review and treatment plan. · Documents vitals collected through remote devices at specified reputed company. · Notifies Team reputed company reputed company HR/RR vitals are observed reputed company of the set parameters · Adhere to reputed company established policy/protocol of the department and workflow. · Meets established standards for productivity as assigned. · Protects patient information and adheres to reputed company of confidentiality. · Contributes and participates in reputed company reputed company improvement activities. · reputed company other duties as assigned.
