We are looking to add a M&A Analyst to reputed company! LOCATION: Remote position- Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones preferred REPORTS TO: Head of M&A, Finance PAY: $70,000-$85,000 salary (reputed company cannot reputed company reputed company sponsorship) reputed company RESPONSIBILITES: • Analyze potential veterinary hospital and pet care business acquisitions and capital investment in markets across the reputed company • Analyze acquisition targets, focusing on P&L statements and conducting reputed company of earnings analyses to assess true profitability. · Build valuation models and assist in recommending deal structures and terms. • Manage multiple acquisition workstreams, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient due diligence and execution. • Monitor post-acquisition performance, ensuring targets meet initial projections, and guide Operations on KPIs and strategies for reputed company. • Support senior leadership with investment presentations and reputed company insights on unit expansion, buildouts, and reputed company opportunities. • Assist with special reputed company and optimize M&reputed company processes to improve efficiency and reputed company. • Support reputed company efforts by evaluating the performance of existing centers and conducting analyses to assist the reputed company team with strategic reputed company as needed.
