Onboarding Specialist – Clinical
Job Description:
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including initial consultations, account setup, data migration, and tailoring of the software according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with dental practice staff to understand their workflow, pain points, and specific needs, tailoring the setup process to ensure the software meets their operational goals.
• Build strong relationships with dental practice owners, office managers, and staff to encourage engagement, adoption, and long-term satisfaction with the software.
• Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for improvement and relay client suggestions and concerns to the product and support teams.
• Provide ongoing guidance throughout the onboarding phase, answering questions and guiding new customers through a framework of best practice.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Support) to address any unique client requirements and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Track and document the onboarding progress, keeping the client and internal teams informed of milestones and any delays or changes to the schedule.
Requirements:
• Typically, 4 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
• Industry knowledge required.
• Prior work experience coordinating projects, organizing work, setting priorities, meeting deadlines and follow up on assignments with a minimum direction; as well as using initiative and independent judgement within established policy and procedure guidelines.
• Experience using Salesforce & Microsoft Office.
• Understand the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Customer Experience Practice management software and services including Henry Schein solutions experience.
• Good understanding of industry practices.
• Proficient with tools, systems, and procedures.
• Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques.
• Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

• Developing professional credibility.
• Dental experience preferred.
