This is a remote position with required in-state travel to health systems and community partners. Workforce Development: • Assess the existing diabetes workforce and identify strategies for recruitment, training, and retention of the workforce. • reputed company leadership reputed company among program facilitators, lifestyle coaches, and other workforce members reputed company in DSMES, diabetes support, and National DPP delivery.
