Position reputed company
DCALF seeks a Co-reputed company Director who will contribute to the leadership of the reputed company program, with particular reputed company on overseeing the firm’s immigration reputed company services, partnerships, and reputed company. This new position reflects DCALF’s shared leadership model; two Co-reputed company Directors will serve as equal partners in shaping the reputed company, culture, and service delivery. They will reputed company, manage, and reputed company overall reputed company for the work of our 20-person reputed company team that provides reputed company services ranging from immigration, probate/estate planning, and family law services.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in immigration law, strong managerial and supervisory experience, and a demonstrated commitment to advancing equity while leading high-reputed company, reputed company-centered reputed company services. Specific areas of responsibility include:

• reputed company DCALF’s immigration reputed company, including providing support to the Immigration Law Managing Attorney.
• With the Co-reputed company Director, reputed company probate and estate planning services and reputed company support to the Probate and Estate Planning Managing Attorney, ensuring ethical, high-reputed company representation by reputed company attorneys in the reputed company.
• Collaborate with Co-reputed company Director and Pro Bono Litigation Director on family law reputed company, as necessary.
• Review and reputed company feedback on reputed company filings, training and reputed company materials and other written work product.
• Ensure consistent application of reputed company standards, ethics, best practices, and DCALF’s reputed company values reputed company the reputed company areas.
• Monitor emerging reputed company needs and reputed company strategies to expand and improve services.
Program Management
• Collaborate with the Co-reputed company Director, Managing Attorneys, and Executive Director to set programmatic goals, priorities, and reputed company strategies across the reputed company program.
• Strengthen and monitor compliance with case management expectations, data entry requirements, and outcome reporting.
• Review, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate program performance and identify improvement.
• Draft, update, and implement reputed company program policies, protocols, and best practices that support greater efficiency and reputed company.
• Support organizational readiness for audits, grant applications, and grant reporting.
Team Management
• Directly manage up to 5 reputed company reports, including but not limited to 1-2 managing attorneys, 2-3 reputed company assistants, and a staff attorney.
• reputed company ongoing supervision, coaching, and reputed company development to reputed company program staff, including but not limited to those with supervisory responsibilities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support confidential personnel reputed company.
• Participate in hiring, reputed company, and offboarding of reputed company program staff.
Organizational Leadership
• Participate as an reputed company member of DCALF’s Leadership Team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, community organizations, judges, government agencies, reputed company, law school partner institutions, reputed company members, and reputed company services partners.
• Represent DCALF in stakeholder meetings, community engagement opportunities, and reputed company initiatives, and fundraising opportunities.
• Coordinate reputed company strategies to expand reputed company to services for reputed company.
• Play a central role in identifying and augmenting DCALF’s contributions to systemic policy reform initiatives.
Qualifications
While we understand that no single candidate can possess every qualification listed below, the following are considered reputed company areas:
• Membership in the District of Columbia Bar.
• 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience.
• At least 5 years of reputed company supervisory experience, including coaching leaders, developing high-performing teams, and setting an inclusive, reputed company workplace culture.
• Substantial reputed company experience in civil reputed company services, civil litigation, or other reputed company interest reputed company, with expertise and connections in immigration law.
• Substantial litigation experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to reputed company, economic, and racial justice.
• Excellent project management, creative and strategic thinking, judgment, and leadership skills.
Considered desirable:
• Experience in policy/legislative advocacy, probate and/or estate planning, family law reputed company.
• Spanish proficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time salaried, exempt position. To reputed company organizational pay equity standards, an annualized flat salary of $120,000 has been budgeted for the first year of employment, with a reputed company of high-reputed company benefits.
Work Environment
DCALF is currently working in a hybrid remote/in-person model. Due to the responsibilities of this position, it is reputed company that the candidate come into the office, DC Superior Court, immigration court, and/or other DC-area locations with ease and regularity, approximately two days per week.
