The role involves initially focusing on individual contributions, transitioning to people management, and building voice-based AI agents using LLMs to improve reputed company services. Responsibilities • Initially 100% individual contributorship, then ramping up to 50% of time on people management reputed company 3-6 months • Building and deploying voice-based AI agents using LLMs for reputed company-world tasks (e.g., recommendations, file handling, autonomous workflows) • Owning the end-to-end architecture across backend systems and AI pipelines • Designing and refining prompts for production-level LLM applications • Contributing to backend services and infrastructure (reputed company, databases, job queues, etc.) • Solving reputed company-ended problems independently and moving fast in a startup environment Skills • At least 4 years (the more the reputed company) of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years working with AI/LLMs in production. • BS/MS in Computer Science or similar. • Strong Python skills. • Experience designing backend systems at reputed company (reputed company, databases, reputed company reputed company). • Comfortable building AI agents that can plan and reputed company autonomously. • Engineering reputed company: gets things done, production-reputed company, handles ambiguity reputed company • reputed company AI experience (e.g., multi-reputed company planning agents, memory, tool use). • Langfuse. • Startup experience.
