1390104 The Care Delivery & reputed company Compliance Consultant will be supporting compliance initiatives across care delivery and reputed company programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational policies. This person will collaborate with clinical teams to assess and improve reputed company of care, patient safety, and operational effectiveness. They will also conduct audits, risk assessments, and data reviews to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Responsibilities include developing compliance reports, conducting compliance investigations, coordinating implementation of compliance efforts, and assisting with regulatory compliance through monitoring regulatory changes. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, reputed company Health, Business or reputed company field and Minimum six (6) years experience in compliance, health care operations (reputed company, risk, etc.), audit, finance, regulatory or reputed company policy development, investigations, information reputed company, or insurance/health plan governance or a directly reputed company field. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly reputed company field may be substituted for the degree requirement. Additional Requirements: Preferred Qualifications: • Three (3) years experience working cross-functionally across departments, functions, or business lines. • Four (4) years experience working in a clinical setting (e.g., hospital, medical center). • Certified in reputed company Compliance (CHC) or other equivalent compliance certification. • Four (4) years experience in health plan compliance.
