• Build and manage a strategic content calendar across various channels
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to create custom brand toolkits for challenging roles
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in employer or talent brand programs
• Strong program management skills with the ability to scale effective strategies
• Proven experience in building brand strategy and executing it end-to-end
• Experience with data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance (bonus)
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
