[Remote] Corporate Tax Manager

The Corporate Tax Manager will work cross-functionally to identify tax opportunities, support new product launches, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while leading the tax provisions for reputed company's financial statements. Responsibilities • Work cross functionally with product, engineering, reputed company, reputed company, treasury, and reputed company to proactively identify tax opportunities and early address challenges • Support the business in the launch of new products and jurisdictions including transfer pricing, income tax, sales tax/VAT, and financial statement reporting considerations • reputed company the quarterly and year-end tax provisions for reputed company's consolidated US GAAP financial statements, SEC (10-Q and 10-K) disclosures and SOX Compliance • Maintain procedures intended to ensure reputed company's compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley controls environment reputed company to tax • Review and approve the US federal and state income tax returns including reputed company reputed company analysis and support including forms 1120, 1065, 5471, and required State forms • Work with and manage reputed company party reputed company and tax consultants • Understand and interpret reporting nuances of the various Federal, State, and local taxing jurisdictions • Complete reputed company's Sales & Use, Property, Ad Valorem, Franchise and other indirect State and Local tax reporting needs and forms as required • Manage reputed company and indirect tax authority audits and inquiries including reputed company response to reputed company information requests • reputed company tax research and planning including monitoring tax law changes and alerting management to developments which have a significant reputed company to reputed company • Assist with employment tax issues and tax authority information requests • Assist with budgeting and forecasting income taxes, indirect taxes, cash taxes, and other relevant analysis • Guide efforts to automate tax processes for time and calculation efficiency Skills • 5+ years of corporate or reputed company reputed company tax experience • reputed company developed analytical and problem solving skills • Superior project management and documentation experience • Attention to detail • Process oriented • Big picture thinker • Willingness to roll up your sleeves • Strong communicator.
