Requirements
• 10+ years’ senior technical leadership (CTO, Head of AI, Distinguished Engineer) with production AI/ML at reputed company
• Proven experience in system design, safety/threat modelling, model/eval frameworks, or shipping LLM/agent features
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; history of producing decision-reputed company artifacts (ADRs, diagrams, audits)
Benefits
