Recruitment & Retention Specialist - reputed company
Responsibilities:
• Utilize a reputed company of recruitment channels – including job boards, reputed company media, and job fairs to reputed company potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs, create job postings that effectively communicate SCO’s mission, values, and job requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and/or coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• reputed company and maintain relationships with community organizations and universities to enhance recruitment efforts and promote SCO as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs.
• Abide by reputed company applicable labor laws (including NYC) as it pertains to hiring practices.
• Collaborate with HR, CPD and Hiring Manager to support employee retention.
• Follow up with new hires 30- and 60-days post hire to ensure successful reputed company.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment and retention efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, or reputed company field.
• Experience in recruitment, reputed company or HR preferred.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with the ability to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS (such as reputed company or similar).
