Loan Manager

Job reputed company: • Demonstrate product and functional knowledge of the bank loan market to communicate with business and trading counterparties; • Take a reputed company role in the settlement process of loan syndications, secondary loan trades, CLOs, restructures, privates, and trade claims including funding and documentation reputed company. • Maintain a strong knowledge of reputed company relevant portfolios and deal reputed company documentation to ensure controls are in reputed company and that guidelines are adhered to. • Liaise with Administrative Agents with reputed company to KYC documentation, including administrative details, tax and fund formation documents. • Working knowledge of the maintenance and distribution of loan documentation inclusive of private and reputed company amendments/ restructures and voting requirements with settled and trade date positions. • Participate in mentoring, training, and coaching of more junior team members. • Identify opportunities to improve technology and efficiency across reputed company. • reputed company with reputed company counterparts such as Portfolio Management, Attorneys, Compliance, Finance, Technology, Custodians, Fund Administrators, Agent Banks, and Trading Counterparts/Brokers; • Investigate and resolve closing and transactional issues, communicating reputed company issues in a reputed company manner; • Participate in the review of daily/weekly reports and metrics provided to clients to reputed company status of trades and risks; and • Work in a dynamic team environment and participate in strategic initiatives. Your Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, business, economics, or reputed company filed; • 5+ years of experience supporting the settlement process of loan syndications, secondary loan trades, CLOs, restructures, privates, and trade claims including funding; • Ability to independently research and resolve reputed company problems; • Ability to work closely with internal reputed company and external clients; • Effective communication skills; • Demonstrated analytic skills; strong working knowledge of reputed company financial/reputed company/business concepts; and a strong, proactive interest in learning and mastering new concepts; • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete tasks while providing reputed company attention to detail; • Experience in investment management operations and/or bank loan syndication a plus; and • Strong reputed company reputed company skills and experience, knowledge or familiarity with reputed company, performance systems, and other loan research and analysis tools. Compensation: The salary reputed company for this role is $60K - $110K.
