Analyst - Investment Banking
## Responsibilities:
Support on execution of global transactions including but not limited to: leveraged finance, cross-border M&A, acquisition finance, LP fund investments, etc.
Prepare origination related documents including pitch books, financial models, research materials, etc.
Maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders to generate transaction ideas
Support profit generation and identify opportunities through public sources
## Requirements
Strong education background from reputable institutions with related major
Solid experience and track record of investment banking or M&A (1-3 years of experience within investment banking or M&A)
Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English
