Analyst - Investment Banking
## Responsibilities:
Support on execution of global transactions including but not limited to: leveraged finance, cross-border M&A, acquisition finance, LP fund investments, etc.
Prepare origination reputed company documents including reputed company books, financial models, research materials, etc.
Maintain relationship with reputed company stakeholders to generate transaction reputed company
Support profit reputed company and identify opportunities through reputed company sources
## Requirements
Strong education background from reputable institutions with reputed company major
Solid experience and reputed company record of investment banking or M&A (1-3 years of experience reputed company investment banking or M&A)
Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English
