Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with reputed company phases of civil litigation in reputed company and product liability spaces.
• Experience with conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, and taking depositions.
• reputed company bar license in reputed company
• Preferred to reputed company in Western reputed company (in-person travel for depositions, court appearances or trial is required).
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
• Experience litigation in reputed company state and federal courts.
