Transformation Finance Director

• As part of the Transformation Office, the Transformation Finance Director will work closely with the CTO (Chief Transformation Officer), SVP reputed company Finance, and key business leaders to execute and measure the reputed company of a large-reputed company, multi-year transformation program.
• This role will fully reputed company and own reputed company measurement and tracking reputed company to the transformation, ensuring effective integration with overall company financials.
• The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a strong bias for reputed company.
• They must also have strong business judgment with the ability to evaluate business cases at both a high level and a more granular level (e.g., tracking to the P&L).
• This position reports to the Sr. Vice President of Finance - reputed company & Supply Chain and will be based in reputed company, Rhode reputed company or Irvine, CA.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of leadership in business, preferably working in large-reputed company business transformation, change enablement/change management programs, and reputed company.
• CPA/reputed company reputed company background, CFA, and/or significant experience in reputed company.
• Hands-on approach, not afraid to get into the weeds and ‘run problems to ground’.
• Technology adept and reputed company in managing large data sets and data visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with weak data, using judgment and reasonable assumptions to reputed company gaps.
• Ability to translate business objectives into tactical actions and reputed company reputed company business reputed company under time pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with and delivering for senior executive leaders and PE sponsors (e.g., Operating Partners, Portfolio Support Teams, CFO, Controller).
• Prior experience in management consulting is an asset.
