As a Customer Service Cashier, you will be the first to welcome customers, providing a quick, accurate, and friendly checkout experience that reflects our commitment to excellence. Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will support front-end operations by delivering reliable service and creating a positive shopping experience. You will help maintain efficiency and organization at the checkout area while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Warmly greet customers and engage in positive interactions. • Operate registers to handle purchases, returns, coupons, and discounts with accuracy. • Assist and guide customers using Self-Checkout stations. • Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and ready for use. • Follow all policies for cash handling, register use, and safety. • Offer accurate information about products and services. • Identify and suggest additional product or service options. • Support front-end recovery and overall store cleanliness. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and loss prevention procedures.
