SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) Consultant - Primarily Remote - Long Contract - Harrisburg, PA

Our direct client is looking for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) Consultant for a Primarily Remote, Very Long Term Contract (approximately 30 months) position in Harrisburg, PA. Note: - This is a hybrid, mostly remote position. - Candidate may be required to travel to the commission s headquarters on a as needed basis mainly for the critical phases of the project such as requirements gathering, solution confirmation, System Integration testing, UAT, Go-live, and hyper care. No additional travel expense will be provided Job Description: - Client is engaging in an exciting and innovative technology solution to support our customer engagements; we call the solution the Unified Back Office Solution (UBOS). - UBOS is an advanced back-office system that, when developed and deployed, will allow customers to engage with the PTC to address all their business needs, via a multitude of channels (web, mobile app, chatbot, chat, IVR, phone, social media, etc.). - We are dedicated to transforming the customer engagement businesses through innovative technology and strategic insights. - Our team is composed of passionate professionals committed to excellence and continuous improvement, and our team is growing. - The PTC has a need for an SAP S/4HANA Analyst to perform many functions associated with the implement and support of UBOS. - This resource will be needed throughout the UBOS program delivery phase, from design to deployment and post deployment support, plus continued enhancements. - The overall engagement is anticipated to be approximately 30-months. Responsibilities: - Lead workshops to gather and document requirements for new billing and revenue system to develop an Agile Product Backlog, including Service Blueprints, end-end flow, features, User Stories, Development Tasks, Test Scenarios & Scripts, and RICEFs. - Lead workshops to introduce new end to end business processes for Order to Cash with new system - Act as client liaison for all development and testing of all billing user stories through development, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Hypercare - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all implementation-specific processes and procedures assigned - Lead the testing of assigned functional systems - Perform System Integration Testing - Support User Acceptance Testing - Create user readiness documentation - Lead workshops for user training as assigned - Design and perform integration testing to support business process transformation from legacy systems - Create business process documentation as required - Provide SAP-BRIM functional support through hypercare phases post go-live - Provide root cause analysis and resolution for defects related to system and data issues - Support business with billing validation analysis to ensure accurate data migration/conversions - Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. - Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems. - Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned - Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures - Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties - Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC Education Requirements: - Bachelor s degree in business management or information systems - Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted Engagement Requirements: - The Candidate shall be located within the Continental United States. There is no opportunity for Off-shore resources for this Statement of Work - Successfully complete ePATCH background check, and ClearChecks National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start - Overtime requests always need to have prior approval of Project Principal with the rightful reasons for overtime - This position is primarily remote; however, this position will require reporting to the Commission s headquarters during key phases of the project - Solution Confirmation, Program Increment Cycles (PI), Showbacks, System Integration Test Cycles (SITs), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Go-Live, Immediately Post- Go-Live (Hypercare). - Any absence from sessions requires prior approval from Project Principal. - No additional compensation for any travel required, and rate is inclusive of any travel costs. SKILL MATRIX: - Billing and SAP BRIM on implementation projects of various sizes and subject matters - Required - Bachelor s degree in business management or information systems or related field. - Required - SAP-BRIM systems expert specializing in high volume consumption-based billing specializing in end to end implementations - Required - Experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash business process design and implementation, identifying areas for improvement - Required - Experience leading workshops to document requirements and write functional specifications on multiple SAP-BRIM / FICA implementation projects including - Required - Experience with hands-on use configuration for pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing functions of SAP-BRIM CC, CM, CI - Required - Hands-on use of configuration of dunning and collection methodologies of SAP-FICA - Required - Automation Test process design and configuration for SAP-BRIM implementation - Required - Experience with Agile Project methodologies and traditional waterfall project methodologies - Required - Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing - Required - ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies - Strong plus to have Question 1: This is a hybrid, mostly remote position.
