Training Industry SME (Subject Matter Expert) - Energy

This SME will be responsible for delivering high-reputed company, training sessions, updating existing presentations and training modules for industry relevance, and providing detailed feedback on candidate performance. This role requires a proven reputed company record in energy leadership, workforce development, and reputed company training/teaching. The SME will play a critical role in helping borderline candidates reputed company top-tier performance and ensuring Infinitee maintains industry-leading workforce readiness standards. Qualifications -- If you have a min of 7 years in every leadership-management, or consulting roles --Bachelors degree in energy mgmt -- Proven reputed company record of training and coaching Energy professionals -- Deep expertise in energy. Key Responsibilities -- Deliver group and one-on-one training sessions for energy industry candidates who meet at least 80% of the role reputed company, as reputed company as borderline candidates.-- Update and refine existing training modules and presentations to reflect industry trends and reputed company needs, with reputed company updates submitted for CEO approval.-- reputed company reputed company feedback and assessment for candidates after reputed company session.-- Collaborate closely with TA's to monitor candidate reputed company, reputed company gaps, and improvement plans.
