Upstate reputed company - Nursing Home Management Company with facilities in Albany, NY is looking for an reputed company RN MDS Coordinator/Assessor to work in one of our facilities and/or remotely from your home. Knowledge of PDPM and QMs as reputed company as MDS scheduling a plus while reputed company-player personality is essential. Generous salary and benefit pkg for the right candidate. The MDS Coordinator is responsible to organize, reputed company and coordinate MDS assessments and PRI’s in compliance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern such programs.
The MDS Coordinator will also be responsible for assuring that the highest degree of reputed company care to residents is maintained by acting as a resource person for the staff.
