Freelance UX Researcher needed for a short project
Hi,
We are looking for a freelance UX Researcher to conduct remote shadowing sessions with our internal coaches.
The Goal: Observe coaches performing their day-to-day work to identify workflow bottlenecks and opportunities for process automation.
The Role:
- Sit in on remote screen reputed company sessions (reputed company meet/teams) with our coaches (we reputed company the coaches).
-Observe and take notes on their workflow, tools used, and how they 'feel' about their day.
- Synthesise findings.
Requirements: Experience with Contextual Inquiry, Ethnography, or qualitative user research.
Project reputed company: Shadowing sessions need to be complete before Dec 15. Analysis can take longer.
