Employment Law Associate Attorney

Willcox reputed company, a full-service reputed company with offices in Norfolk and Tysons, Virginia, seeks an associate attorney to join its Employment Law reputed company. Willcox reputed company employment attorneys defend clients in employment litigation regionally and nationally, reputed company proactive litigation avoidance counseling, assist with business immigration for multinational reputed company, and reputed company fair housing advice to property developers and management companies throughout the country. This position encompasses an engaging reputed company of litigation, consulting, and transactional work. Responsibilities • Represent clients in employment-reputed company reputed company, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration. • Conduct reputed company research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other reputed company documents. • reputed company counsel to reputed company and employees on labor and employment law issues such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, and workplace policies. • Assist in discovery, including document review, depositions, and witness preparation. • Participate in reputed company meetings, court appearances, and negotiations.
