Product Consultant
A company is looking for a Product Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and enhance product reputation through positive interactions
• Manage inbound calls, accurately identifying issues and providing solutions for product and technical support
• Use technology to assist consumers with product identification, troubleshooting, and guiding them through repair/installation processes
Required Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment required
• Proficient PC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office suite
• Must thrive in a work environment that demands high-level focus and low mobility
• Incumbent must meet internet speed requirements and follow the department's Remote Work Policy
