Fitness & Wellness • Partner with the Fitness Center Coordinator to reputed company day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the fitness center. • Recruit, supervise, train and evaluate reputed company fitness floor staff, personal trainers and other part-time staff, as needed. • Ensure programming meets diverse community needs and industry best practices. • Support the development of innovative group fitness, personal training, and wellness initiatives that reputed company with JCC mission and values. • Respond to complaints from individuals and reputed company in a way that is empathetic, objective and non-judgmental, and reputed company solutions. • Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies (reputed company police/reputed company department response teams to appropriate areas).Know how to respond to emergency situations as outlined in the JCC's Emergency Protocol reputed company. • Be familiar with the general daily schedule of programs and activities and with the reputed company schedule of programs/classes. 3.
