Location: Remote, global
Commitment: Part-time (approx. 5–10 hours/week)
Compensation: Volunteer with potential for stipend as funding allows

With 100+ volunteers across multiple countries, HHP is entering a transformational stage of growth — and we’re looking for a strategic leader to shape our revenue engine for long-term sustainability.
Role Overview
The Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) will design, build, and optimize the systems that drive HHP’s financial sustainability across:
• Program & platform licensing (UPE for CHCs, schools, NGOs, ministries)
• Pricing strategy & revenue modeling
• Grants pipeline forecasting
• Fundraising & partnership enablement
• Data-driven decision-making across the organization
This is a foundational leadership role that will help HHP scale globally with clarity, transparency, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing, Packaging & Revenue Strategy
• Develop pricing strategy for UPE licensing, program modules, and training
• Coordinate pricing tiers for U.S., global, and LMIC partners
• Build financial scenarios (low/medium/high adoption)
• Align pricing with mission, equity, and sustainability goals
Revenue Operations & Systems
• Create and manage the revenue dashboard (partners, pipeline, renewals)
• Establish forecasting models for grants, partnerships, and program sales
• Collaborate with Finance to align revenue and cost forecasting
• Support CRM + UPE integration to streamline revenue workflows
Grants & Earned Revenue Alignment
• Work with Grants Lead to forecast funding cycles and revenue impact
• Identify revenue diversification opportunities
• Support grant budgeting, metrics, and reporting frameworks
Partnership Enablement
• Equip CHCs, schools, NGOs, and global partners with proposal-ready pricing
• Collaborate with Program Leads to develop revenue models for each program
• Work with Tech team to define monetizable UPE modules
Cross-Functional Strategy & Leadership
• Work directly with CEO to shape organizational financial strategy
• Support Board reporting with revenue insights
• Champion a data-driven culture across HHP
What You Bring
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Product Strategy, or related fields
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Experience with pricing strategy (nonprofit or tech helpful)
• Understanding of public health, digital health, or nonprofit ecosystem (preferred)
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, collaborative volunteer environment
• Passion for global health equity, prevention, and community empowerment
