As a Full Stack Item Designer, you'll join a talented group of professionals who share your passion for design, technology, and storytelling. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Item Designer to join our Development Notices Group, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative user experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers to create seamless and engaging experiences across multiple platforms, including Android, iOS, web, and TV. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop user experiences that drive engagement and revenue growth * Collaborate with engineers to implement backend systems and APIs that power frontend experiences * Work with product managers to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs * Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user experiences and drive business outcomes * Develop and maintain reusable, templated systems that enable efficient and scalable development * Collaborate with data scientists to analyze user behavior and inform design decisions * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality, maintainable code **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on designing and developing user experiences * Strong understanding of front-end web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) * Experience with back-end development, including Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages * Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, including SparkSQL, Voila, Hive, and other large-scale data processing systems * Experience with API design and development, including RESTful APIs and gRPC services * Strong understanding of software development principles, including testing, debugging, and deployment **Good to Have Qualifications** * Experience working with item improvement groups to design and develop user experiences * Familiarity with email development, including HTML, CSS, and email marketing platforms * Experience with restriction frameworks and ICU organizing * Knowledge of responsive and intuitive design principles, including AMP Email Advancement * Experience with building large-scale, highly scalable gRPC services **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work * Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities * Strong understanding of software development principles, including testing, debugging, and deployment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
