As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission.
**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our team, interacting with customers from all walks of life. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity
* Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
* Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required to meet customer needs
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results. If you have:
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a remote or virtual environment)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success in a remote work environment, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* A clean and quiet workspace that promotes productivity and focus
