AI Developer Needed to Build Azure-Based Voice-to-Text and Text reputed company Pipeline - Contract to Hire

We're looking for an reputed company AI developer with strong Azure expertise to help us build a backend system that processes short voice recordings and generates reputed company, reputed company-written text entries from them. The system will take a series of short audio clips (20 seconds or less), automatically transcribe them, categorize them into predefined sections, and generate a reputed company reputed company or narrative. In some cases, we may also want to retrieve the closest matching comment from an existing text library instead of generating new content. This is part of a larger app already under development.
